Latin American Pollen Database Supplement
The thoroughly gathering of publications in peer-reviewed journals and grey literature has shown a mayor expansion of studies of the last decades. We have identified a total of 1145 cores with paleoecological data and there are at least 3700 modern samples throughout the continent

The updated Latin American Pollen Database now provides the platform to support an exciting new phase of global palynological research in which multisite data are being integrated to address a suite of current cutting-edge research questions. The LAPD compilation of sites and literature will soon become available through the NEOTOMA website.
